Art/Creative Director
As Environment Lead I was tasked with creating a process to get all levels done for Xbox launch. I managed the environment artists and worked with development directors and designers to meet our production goals. Specific architecture styles were assigned to individual artists so continuity across multiple levels could be achieved.
As Animation Director I was responsible for all animation in Halo. Myself and one other animator created all the in game and cutscene animations in the game.

As part of the original core team for Halo on Xbox, I was able to participate first hand in creating a successful product from the ground up. There are elements to a highly successful team that I witnessed at Bungie that have been consistent indicators of success through my journey in entertainment development. Ownership, passion, leadership, vision, innovation and quality are all aspects that make or break a team or company. I've been fortunate to have been on a few teams where these attributes were obviously present and the results have been success. Bringing a positive force to these elements is something I feel I bring to a team and company.

Halo Surround Sound Test. I completed this animation in 2 days. If you don't have surround sound speakers there is a long silent part in the middle where an epic *burp* happens. :)
